Presented in partnership with Egg of the Universe ground your body and calm your mind through a recorded livestreamed encounter with Tabita Rezaire’s MerKaBa For The Hoeteps (2020), a collective healing rooted in the Earth Room, Egg of the Universe, South Eveleigh. 
 
Rezaire guides the curious on a meditative journey into the wisdom of Kemetic Yoga*, towards an awakening of your light beings and a reclamation of your hoetep powers. In our times of ultra disconnection, ancient African teachings offer guidance to raise our vibrational frequency and tune into our energy source. The spiritual technology of Kemetic Yoga enables us to reconnect and remember our divine creative essence through the science of breath, geometrical alignments, storytelling and the power of sound. As we embody ancestral tales and stimulate our body memory, we allow for subtle quantum reprogramming to balance the flow of energy and nurture the sacred geometry of our beings and environments. 
 
* Kemetic yoga is the African science of yoga from Kemet (ancient Egypt). It is a healing spiritual system based upon deep breathing, meditation and a set of geometrical postures dependent on the connection to Kemetic ancestors and the understanding of the cosmic forces of nature.

Presented in partnership with Egg of the Universe ground your body and calm your mind through a recorded livestreamed encounter with Tabita Rezaire’s Lubricate Coil Engine – Decolonial Supplication, offering, a supplication for our times, intended to restore our ability to connect. 
 
While eternity is on repeat and anxiety is on the rise, we keep scrolling into the void to escape our existential conditions. How do we connect? How does it feel? What can we do about such feelings? 
 
Under the guidance of the Bakongo cosmogram, this litany for connection travels around the four moments of the sun and envisions the revival of spiritual information technologies to supplement our internet diet. Water, the womb, dream plants and sound are retrieved as connective interfaces against manufactured amnesia. 
 
Across the sun’s journey, Tabita Rezaire guides us into a cycle of life from birth to death and rebirth, and at each stage she shares technological tales and practices. A constellation of connective tissues forms as she cruises through desktop folders and leads breathing exercises. Organic, technological and spiritual realms harmonize effortlessly into a ceremonial meditation on information technologies. Lubricate Coil Engine salutes spiritual channels as communication networks, imagining the promises of decolonial modes of communication.

Tabita Rezaire is infinity longing to experience itself. As an eternal seeker, her path as an artist, devotee, yogi, doula, and farmer apprentice weaves healing arts and scientific systems through connections to the land, the ancestors, the songs. Her cross-dimensional practices envision network sciences – organic, electronic and spiritual – as healing technologies to serve the shift towards heart consciousness. Embracing digital, corporeal and ancestral memory, she digs into scientific imaginaries and mystical realms to tackle the colonial wounds and energetic imbalances that affect the songs of our body-mind-spirits. Rezaire is based in French Guiana, where she is birthing AMAKABA.
