Join us on three occasions throughout the Biennale as Argentinian artist Gabriele Chaile’s extraordinary adobe oven is wheeled outside White Bay Power Station where it will roar to life for an intra-Latin American collaboration with Sydney’s Andina Peruvian Cuisine.
Andina will be firing up the oven early in the day so that a limited number of ticket holding patrons can experience a free bite to eat from the traditional clay oven before browsing the exhibition.
