Art After Dark: Last Light marks the final 25th Biennale of Sydney Art After Dark — a free, high-energy party to start the closing weekend and transform the monumental White Bay Power Station into a living, breathing celebration of sound, art and connection.

For one last night, the iconic industrial space surges with energy — reimagined as a two-stage street party where music, movement and contemporary art collide. Experience Robert Street closed, a road transformed into a dancefloor as the atmosphere spills outward, expanding the night beyond the walls of the Station. Across cavernous interiors and open-air corners, the night unfolds in waves: left-of-centre sounds from across the globe, spontaneous encounters, and a crowd that becomes part of the artwork itself.

Presented with Vivid Sydney, the lineup is as expansive as it is electric, bringing together Japanese indie artist Mei Semones, Central Desert DJ RONA, Acopia, Way Dynamic, US electropop act New York, Canadian / South Asian DJ duo Mastane, The Nikodimos Orchestra, and Kidskin.

Between sets, wander through late-night food trucks, discover cutting-edge art, and lose yourself in a space that feels at once vast and intimate –  now stretching from the depths of the power station out into a fully activated street-scape. DJs, artists and audiences share the floor, blurring boundaries and building a collective rhythm that carries through to the final beat.

Last Light isn’t just a street party — it’s a celebration and a gathering that is curious. expansive and unapologetically alive.
