Rosell Flatley
Rosell is a multidisciplinary artist and skilled community facilitator whose practice centres on cultural memory, migration and care. Working across performance, installation and moving image, she explores stories carried within families, often unspoken yet deeply felt. As a first-generation Australian of Filipino heritage, her work reflects on inherited silence, everyday rituals and the emotional traces of displacement. Alongside her artistic practice, she leads community-based arts programs that support connection, reflection and self-expression. Her approach is grounded in listening and creating safe, inclusive spaces where participants can share their experiences and build confidence through creative engagement.
