Jez Wick

Jez Wick’s 20+ year cooking career has taken her all over the world and after a decade of living and cooking across kitchens in Europe and beyond. She moved to Melbourne and was creating Zero Waste pop ups and sustainable events in both Melbourne and Sydney, from collaborating with Ben McMenamin on Social Food Project to Founding a Covid hospitality charity in Melbourne. She then moved to Sydney to join the OzHarvest Refettorio team as Head Chef where she feels the space will bring people together, create connection, experience delicious foods, fight food waste, transform cultures, and share beauty.
