Chef Junda Khoo is co-founder of the Ho Jiak Group and a leading voice in contemporary Malaysian dining in Australia. His cooking is driven by memory, drawing on the flavours and rituals of his childhood, reimagined through a modern lens.
Tam Jiak, Ho Jiak’s sibling venue, celebrates bold, unapologetic flavour. Led by Head Chef Loong Oon (also of Amah by Ho Jiak and formerly Mr Wong), the menu is punchy and experimental, pairing refined technique with Malaysian soul, and a strong surf-and-turf focus showcasing premium seafood and meats.
