For the Biennale of Sydney 2026, Miss Sina presents a nostalgic bakery menu inspired by shared Australian childhood food memories — from school canteens and birthday parties to family bakeries and after-school treats — reimagined through Miss Sina’s signature lens: fully vegan, comforting, familiar, and designed to spark collective memory and joy.
