Sharon Winsor is a proud Weilwan woman from North West NSW, born in Gunnedah and raised on Country in Rocky Glen and Gunnedah. Deeply connected to land, food, and culture from a young age, she is now one of Australia’s leading voices in native foods — an award-winning Indigenous chef, entrepreneur, cultural leader, and storyteller.
Founder of Indigiearth, one of Australia’s most successful Aboriginal-owned food businesses, Sharon brings 60,000 years of culture to tables nationwide and internationally. At the Biennale of Sydney markets, she will showcase a Native Australian Dessert Bar, celebrating Indigenous ingredients, storytelling, and flavour through a contemporary sweet experience.
