Kylie Kwong is an Australian-Chinese chef who uses food as a catalyst for positive social impact and cultural exchange. Kwong is known for her cookbooks, television shows and former role as the restaurateur, chef and co-owner of Billy Kwong. She is also an ambassador for the South Eveleigh precinct, a state-of-the-artwork and lifestyle destination.
